| 摘 要： | 萨特通过其＂人＂的存在主义哲学思想,展示了其人权理论。通过探讨了萨特人权思想产生的理论与实践基础,从四个方面,即＂世界统一于人＂、＂人的自由＂、＂人的道德与责任＂与＂人的解放＂阐述了萨特人权思想的主要内容,从正反两个方面评价了萨特的人权思想,最终探寻了其对发展马克思主义人权思想和建构中国特色社会主义人权理论的积极作用。
