| 摘 要： | 对文体协会的量化考核分别从组织体系、活动体系、赞助体系三个方面设计文体协会量化绩效指标体系，运用层次分析法确定指标权重系数，建立文体协会评估层次结构分析评价模型，并通过专家打分和计算，根据权重系数对文体协会各量化绩效指标进行调整，使评价体系更加合理和有效，对高校文体协会的绩效考核工作具有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | On the specialists' opinions and the practical experience,the study indicates that main indicators influencing university stylistic association are organization system,activity system,sponsorship system.This paper introduces the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and establishes a good indicator system for the evaluation of college stylistic association.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process can obtain good results.This study provides a scientific basis for the management of university stylistic association. |
