基于KPI的高校院系整体绩效考核应用研究

摘    要:提升高等学校核心竞争力是一个系统工程,需要科学的管理体系作保证,绩效考核是最有效的方法之一。文章综述了绩效考核方法,详细分析关键业绩指标法(KPI),研究了构建高校院系整体绩效考核指标体系的关键因素,并从高校学科建设、人才培养、科学研究、师资队伍建设、国际交流合作5个方面出发制定了院系整体绩效考核KPI指标体系,阐述了构建原则及应用实施的流程。
