| 摘 要： | 我国西部民族地区的工业现状呈现工业产值比重不断下降、具有优势要素区域的工业增长速度有所加快、东西部地区间工业发展差距在继续扩大、工业企业竞争力较弱等特征。加入WTO给该地区工业发展带来了机遇与挑战。西部民族地区工业要想得到长足发展 ,就必须采取相应对策 ,增强自身的竞争实力。 |

| Abstract: | Present industrial situation of ethnic prefecture in the West has following characteristics:the weight of industrial output value appears decline continuously,the increase speed of industrial accelerates somewhat in the district having predominant element,the gap of industrial development is going on extending in the West and East,the structure of resource and the contending power about industr ial and enterprise are weak.Entering WTO gives the district opportunities and challenges for developing industry.In order to have a considerable progress,the west ethnic industry must adopt relative countermeasures,and strengthen their own competitive powers.
