| 摘 要： | 利用进化博弈的复制动态方法,建立企业管理决策的进化博弈模型,研究利益相关者参与公司管理可能演化的管理模式.研究结果表明,企业最终进化成哪一种管理模式取决于初始时选择某一种管理模式的管理者比例,而这种比例与选择这种模式带给博弈方的收益大小有关系.
