Abstract:In the process of the market based enterprises and the establishment of trust agency relation in modern market,the enterprises of our country still should uphold values of collectivism to establish the enterprise culture taking collectivism as the leading factor. That's not only decided for the socialist public ownership, but also the internal requirement of the enterprises' existence and development under the conditions of market economy.
