基于GE模型的北京现代种业价值链整合研究

市场驱动价值链整合，培育企业核心竞争力。基于GE模型对北京现代种业从产业吸引力和企业竞争力两个维度进行分析，发现北京现代种业整合从宏观而言是产业链的完善度及产业集聚性问题，从微观而言是种子公司产学研一体化及种子公司规模问题。随着种业整合不断推进，我国及北京现代种业需要通过种业价值链横向和纵向的联合，逐步改变产学研、育繁推的不足，形成产业链条一体化的格局，实现种业价值链协同效应。

Research on Peking Modern Seed Industry Value Chain Integration Based on GE Model

Value chain integration is driven by market ,and the goal is to cultivate the core com‐petitiveness .Through the seed industry attractiveness and GE model enterprise competitiveness two dimensions analysis ,this study found the main factors of Beijing modern seed industry consolidation is a complete industry chain and industry integration problems from a macro perspective ,and it is the seed companies’ production‐teaching‐research combination and seed company size problem from a mi‐croscopic view .The road of integrating with the industry constantly improve ,and Beijing modern seed industry should gradually change the lack of scientific research ,management and sales promotion disconnect and form the pattern of industry chain integration .
