高校思想政治教育生态系统的运行机制及演化规律

随着社会主义市场经济的不断推进，社会体制改革处于不断发展和急速转型的过程中，当前高校思想政治教育工作也必须符合时代发展的要求，如何使学生的思想意识、道德观念、价值取向等顺应时代潮流显得尤为突出。本文着力将高校思想政治工作纳入到生态系统的视野中，以此为突破口去洞悉高校思想政治教育生态系统的运行机制，深刻挖掘该系统发展过程中积极的具有建设意义的演化规律，从而对我国高校德育工作的发展与改革做出科学、合理的论断，以期为高校德育工作践行科学发展观产生深远的意义。

On the Running Mechanism and Transformation Rules of Ecological System of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Institutions

With the development of socialist market economy,the reform of social system is in a rapid transition,requiring that education to students’ ideology,moral concept and value orientation should conform to the trend of times.This paper,from the perspective of ecological system,discusses the running mechanism and transformation rules of ideological and political education in higher education institutions,hoping to provide practical suggestions for moral education to college students.
