| 摘 要： | 财务失败预警系统是以企业信息化为基础，对企业在经营管理活动中的潜在风险进行监控的系统。本在财务失败预警系统所具备的基本职能分析的基础上，对如何构建财务失败预警系统进行了探索，并有针对性地指出了财务失败预测中应注意的一些问题。

After analyzing the basic functions of the early warning system,a discussion is made on how to set up this system.
