| Abstract: | In West regions of China, most of the medium sized and small enterprises are almost in the backward development.In this article, the author points out the functions of Medium sized and small enterprises in promoting national economy healthily and stablely. And the author also analyses the advantages and the disadvantages that the medium sized and small enterprises are confronted in their development. Finally, the author puts forward some policies how to develop medium sized and small enterprises in the west regions in China. |
