| 摘 要： | 应用马克思主义辩证唯物观点，认为教育具有二重属性的本质，依据我国教育产业发展的现状，借鉴国内外有关教育发展的经验教训和材料，分析了教育的功能、教育产业的特点以及大力发展教育产业的必要性和紧迫性，并提出加快发展教育产业的若干政策措施的建议。 |

| Abstract: | The dual nature of education is analyzed in accordance with Marxist dialectical materialism.In light of the present situation of the development of educational industry in China and in view of the experience and lessons of educational development at home and abroad,a discussion is made on educational functions,characteristics of educational industry,necessity and urgency of developing educational industry. Some suggested measures are given to accelerate the development of educational industry. |
