| 摘 要： | 从目前我国股票市场发展的现状及制度性障碍如上市制度、退市制度、交易制度缺陷等着手，对股票市场制度化障碍产生和政府相应政策效果不明显进行了博弈论分析，并提出了相应的政策建议。
