| 摘 要： | 农民工再次职业流动过程中,强关系包括以血缘、地缘关系为基础的亲属、老乡等,弱关系包括在城市新建构的关系,如同事。本文通过个案研究表明,农民工再次职业流动过程中,关系作用的发挥是以各种组合的形式出现的。

| Abstract: | During the course of occupation re-mobility of peasant worker,strong ties are based on kinship and regional network,and weak ties include these ties which peasant workers construct in the city.Based on a case study,the author draws a conclusion that strong ties together with weak ties play a role in the course of occupation re-mobility of peasant worker. |
