| 摘 要： | 以往的研究一般局限于影响需求的因素分析和促进需求的措施建议。该文通过建立家庭住宅有效需求函数模型 ,将家庭住宅有效需求加以合理量化 ,并应用经济学中的需求弹性理论 ,对于提高住宅有效需求的措施效果进行评价 ,以期达到指导家庭理性购房 ,协助政府科学制定住房政策的根本目的。
