| Abstract: | Why do Chinese students always expose their foreignness when they speak English?This is a problem that most Chinese students feel difficult to solve.The present paper analyses the differences in the distribution of consonants and vowels,rhythm,and intonation between the two languages,Chinese and English.It is hoped that the analysis will be helpful to either students or English teachers. |
