| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了现代科技发展趋势及其与经济增长的关系,分析了美国科技发展的的历史背景,指出科技发展要和国家的经济发展阶段水平相适应,并借鉴美国21世纪科技战略,提出了"中国科技发展战略"的基本构想.

And based on the 21st century scientific and technological strategy of the United States, this paper puts forward the basic idea of 'China's Scientific and Technological Development Strategy'. |
