| 摘 要： | 和谐社会视野下社会工作者的角色将在职业动机、工作身份和工作方法三方面重新采择,其结果表现为利他主义的职业动机,主客体交互的工作身份和一事一法的工作方法。这种角色采择需要社会工作者具有和善、和睦和亲和的人格,也需要具有协管、协助和协调的能力。
