我国猪肉出口结构与国际竞争力研究

摘    要:分析我国猪肉出口的地区结构、市场结构、经营主体结构和贸易方式结构的特征与变化,运用国际市场占有率(MS)、显示性比较优势指数(RCA)、出口质量升级指数等指标对我国猪肉的国际竞争力进行了测定和比较。通过研究发现,我国猪肉出口贸易方式单一,加工增值程度低,出口猪肉主要来自于中西部地区,出口市场集中于亚洲中低端市场,私营企业是出口的主体。我国生猪比较优势未能转化为竞争优势,竞争力弱。

Abstract:This thesis analyzes the main structure and feature of pork export in the regional structure, the structure of market, the main management structure and trade mode structure of exports. Also, the ,paper applies MS, RCA index and quality upgrade index etc. to measure and comparative analyze the pork com- petitiveness. The research shows that trade method is single and the pork processing add-value is low. The export pork is mainly produced in middle and western areas of China, and most pork is sold in the middle or low markets of Asia. The private enterprises are the main management body. But the comparative advantage of pig can't be transformed into competitive advantage, the pork competitive capacity is weak.
