| 摘 要： | 外部性产生了产业集聚的主要向心力,技术外部性和货币外部性是产业集群形成的原因,又是产业集群的重要结果,外部性、产业集群从聚集生产要素与产业方面共同推动了城市化的进程。产业集群为城市化集聚生产要素与产业,通过提升城市竞争力促进和推动城市化进程;而城市化给产业集群带来巨大的社会需求,为产业集群带来不断的要素与产业转移。可以说,城市化的本质是产业集聚,城市化的发展主要是产业集群的发展。只有将产业集群纳入城市发展的总体框架,在空间上围绕城市或城区而展开,才能更有效地推动城市基础设施建设和社会事业发展,更多地以近域推进的方式加快城市的发育和城市化的进程。

| Abstract: | Externality produces main centripetal force of industrial cluster.Pecuniary externality and technological externality are both the reasons and the result of industrial cluster.Externality and industrial cluster promote the process of urbanization by aggregating production essential and enterprises,which,in turn,upgrade urban competitiveness.Urbanization brings enormous social demand to industrial cluster and makes it constantly shift in production.It is apparent that the essence of urbanization is industrial centralization,and the development of urbanization is mainly the development of industrial cluster.Only if we make industrial cluster into overall frame of urbanization,and strengthening it on the skirt of city,can we effectively promote infrastructure in the city and social construction,thus accelerate the growth and process of urbanization. |
