地方高校教师资源状况及管理缺陷分析

摘    要:教师资源是学校人力资源中核心资源,如何利用和开发教师资源,对提高学校办学质量和水平是非常重要的。近十年来,地方高校专职教师队伍发展很快,但与部属高校相比,无论是数量还是质量都存在一定差距。分析教师资源状况,发现地方高校教师资源管理还存在着一些缺陷,不仅管理观念和方式落后,教师资源配置不当,而且考评方式偏颇,激励机制单一。

Abstract:Teacher resource is the core of human resources in a school.How to develop and utilize it is very important to raise university quality and level.For the past decade,the scale of full-time teachers in local universities has expanded quickly,however,the gap still exists in quantity and quality,compared with the university affiliated to ministry.After analyzing the condition of the teacher resource,we found some defects in the management of the teacher resource in local universities,which were embodied in the out-dated managerial concept and method,the misallocation of the teacher resource,the slanting mode of the appraisal,as well as the single excitation mechanism.
