科学发展观的提出,是我们党对社会主义现代化建设规律认识的进一步深化和对人类社会发展规律认识的一次飞跃,是贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想的进一步深化,同时也标志着我们党的执政理念有了新的升华;科学发展观把以人为本作为发展的本质和核心,强调发展的全面性、协调性和可持续发展性,强调在坚持经济建设这个中心的基础上,用科学发展观来统筹各方面的工作,以促进社会主义各项事业全面、协调、可持续的发展。

The proposition of the Scientific Perception for Development is a further deepening of the understanding of the laws governing the socialist modernization, and a leap of the understanding of the laws governing human society 's development of our party.
