| 摘 要： | 自由主义是西方政治哲学的主流,而社群主义则是自由主义的挑战者.鉴于罗尔斯是当代自由主义的主要代表,社群主义者通常都把罗尔斯当做批评的主要对象.社群主义的自由主义批判主要集中于三个问题:首先,自由主义关于人的观念是抽象的;其次,自由主义的理论是普遍主义的;最后,自由主义的本质是个人主义的.社群主义主要表现为一种批判性的思考,而不是一种建设性的理论.
