中国教师职前教育课程设置研究

摘    要:教师职前教育课程设置的研讨在当前已显得非常重要,因为目前在课程设置上的某些失衡,已使得培养出的师范生的素质和素质教育的要求之间出现了一定程度的落差,因此如何真正处理好课程设置上师范性和专业性、理论性和实践性的关系,追求教师职前教育课程设置的合理性,不能不引起我们的思考。

Abstract:The teachers' education tends to be integrative.However,there exists a misunderstanding of such an education in teachers colleges: no balance among courses,no connection of theories and practices as well as negative effect on students from the humane environment of colleges.As a result,the graduates from teachers colleges are not qualified.In response,it is suggested in the paper that much attention be paid to relationship of teachers and their specialization as well as combination of theory and practice.
