| 摘 要： | 版权是出版产业的核心竞争力,但是从我国历年的版权贸易统计来看,国产版权缺乏国际竞争力,版权贸易呈现引进大于输出的单向性,而且这种单向性的影响波及文化和经济诸多领域。从现行版权贸易政策及其根源棗出版产业体制出发,重新建构适合全球化和市场经济要求的产业体制和贸易政策,将为中华文明的全球传播奠定产业基础。

| Abstract: | Copyright is crucial for enhancing publishing houses?competitions. But the statistical figures of recent years?copyright trades show that domestic copyrights are so deficient that the import copyrights far exceed the export copyrights, thus appearing one-way trades. It is an important task to reconstruct our publishing industry systems and trade policies so as to be suitable for globalization and market economy. |
