| 摘 要： | 文化既包括观念文化,也包括制度文化.与此相适应,文化软实力也包括观念文化软实力和制度文化软实力两部分,政治制度是文化软实力的重要体现.一国政治制度是否具有文化软实力有四个条件:能否解决实际问题;是否具有普世意义;是否有硬实力的支撑;对外能否产生吸引力,是否有一套逻辑论述.我国政治制度具备上述四个条件,所以我国政治制度是文化软实力的体现.

| Abstract: | Culture includes both the conceptual culture and institutional culture. Cultural soft power includes the concept of cultural soft power and institutional soft power. The political system is an important manifestation of cultural soft power. Four conditions determine a country''s cultural soft power: problem solving; universal significance; hard condition support; and attractive to foreign country in logical sense. China''s political system is the embodiment of cultural soft power. |
