| 摘 要： | 商业秘密对企业在市场经济竞争中的作用越来越重要,竞业限制与商业秘密之间存在着紧密的关系,利用竞业限制保护商业秘密是一种有效的手段。现就如何对竞业限制专门立法进行研究,并对我国相关法律的完善提出建议。

| Abstract: | Business secrets have been increasingly important for an enterprise in the competition of market economy.Since there is close relationship between restraints of trade and business secrets,it is an effective measure to protect business secrets by taking use of restraints of trade.Currently,the legislation for restraints of trade has some deficiencies.This article put forward some proposals for perfecting the relevant laws. |
