| 摘 要： | 企业并购在我国起步较晚,但服务于企业并购的中介机构是多样的.我国目前中介机构服务于企业并购的法律地位如何,它们提供中介服务的法律性质及应承担的相应法律责任等问题均是我们加强和改进中介机构服务于企业并购所必须要澄清的.在我国,完善中介机构服务于企业并购的立法,也是我国市场经济发展的必然要求.

With development of the market economy in China, it requires to improve the legislation on service of intermediary organizations for the mergers and acquisitions. |
