高等教育阶段转换中就业观念六转变

2010年全国高校毕业生人数达到631万,与2009年相比,大学生就业难问题有增无减。大众化阶段的就业观必须要考虑六个转变,即政府从＂包办代替＂转变为＂宏观调控＂,就业结构由三角形＂顶部＂转变为＂底部＂,大学毕业生从＂天之骄子＂转变为＂普通百姓＂,高等院校从＂二维＂转变为＂三维＂的人才培养模式,就业形式从＂单一＂转变为＂多样＂,用人单位从＂被动接收＂转变为＂主动出击＂。只有各方就业主体都转变观念,共同努力,才能实现＂和谐就业＂的良好局面。

Six Changes of the Employment Concept in the Transformation of Higher Education

In 2010,about 6,310,000 students will graduate from all kinds of institutions of higher learning,which will create an even more severe situation for their employment,compared with that in 2009.In the stage of mass higher education,six changes in the concept of employment must be made,namely change from ＂full responsibility taking＂ to ＂macro-control＂ on the part of government,change from the top of the employment pyramid to its bottom and change from ＂God-favored children＂ to ＂ordinary citizens＂ on the part of the graduates,change from the two-dimensional talent-producing mode to a three-dimensional one on the part of the school,the change from the ＂single＂ form in employment to a ＂diverse＂ one,and the change from ＂passive receiving＂ to ＂active seeking＂ on the part of the employer.Only after all the concerned parties change their ideas and make joint efforts,can the dream of ＂harmonious employment＂ be realized.
