马克思东方社会“跨越”发展构想中的对外开放

马克思晚年提出了俄国、印度、中国等东方社会可以“跨越资本主义卡夫丁峡谷”的构想，其中包舍丰富的对外开放思想，涉及实施对外开放的必要性、可能性以及途径等三个方面。东方社会生产方式的发展必然要求对外开放，独立自主的政治状况、已经存在的内部交往、一定的物质基础与自然条件为实行对外开放提供了可能性。主要途径是大胆引进国外先进的生产工具与科学技术、发展对外贸易。在经济全球化迅猛发展的今天，认真发掘马克思的对外开放思想，对我们正确把握对外开放的方向、树立正确的开放观念，意义重大。

In his later years Marx proposed a conception that Russia, India, China and other oriental societies could ＂cross the capitalist Kafting Valley＂, which contained rich opening-up ideas, involving three aspects of the necessity, possibility as well as the way of implementing opening-up and so on. The development of the means of production in the Oriental society requests the opening-up inevitably, and the independent political situation, the exisiting internal contacts, a certain material base and the natural conditions provided the possibility for the implementation of opening-up. The main approaches were the bold introduction of foreign advanced production tools and science and technology, the development of foreign trade. Today, with the economic globalization developing rapidly, to excavate Marx＇s opening thoughts carefully, would have great significance for us to grasp the right direction, and establish a correct concept of the opening.
