摘    要:高校教师工作具有创造性、复杂性的特点,其劳动成果具有部分隐蔽性的特点。目前我国高校教师评价体系的内容和标准未能全面反映高校对教师素质的要求,评价结果的客观性、权威性和公正性有待提高,评价过程和结果对促进高校教师长远发展的作用有限。高校教师评价体系的优化应坚持以教师发展为本的评价理念,完善评价指标体系,重视评价的反馈环节,赋予教师充分的话语权。

Abstract:College teachers' work bears the characteristics of creativeness and complicatedness and, usually, their achievements are not fully salient. However, problems exist with the current performance evaluation system such as inadequate manifestation of teachers' quality requirement by the evaluation items and criteria, lack of the objectiveness, the authority and the fairness of the assessment, and incapability of greatly promoting teachers' long-term development by the evaluation. To optimize the system, we should stick to the teacher-development-oriented idea of evaluation, better the evaluating index, pay more attention to feedback and give teachers more say in the decision-making process.
