论公共服务型政府在公共产品提供中的政府绩效管理

构建社会主义和谐社会,需要我国政府进行体制改革。政府体制改革的基本途径是建设一个公共服务型政府,即以提供公共服务为主要目的政府。政府职能的转变,将打破仅仅由政府提供的公共产品的现状。本文分析的是在建设公共服务型政府的过程中,对于政府提供公共产品进行的绩效评估。

On the Performance Management of the Service-oriented Government during the Public Supply

The structural reform of the administration would be contributed to the building of a harmonious society. The administration should be service-oriented that means its main purpose is to provide public services. The transition of the government's function would break the situation that public goods are only provided by government. This paper appraised the performance of the government providing public goods that during its transition to service-oriented.
