| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的要义之一就是做好公共服务。NGO是公共管理的主体之一,政府是影响NGO整体发展的关键因素。政府要为NGO提供健全的政策法规制度,注意提高NGO从业人员的政治地位,同时将竞争机制引入不同组织之间,形成一个竞争性的和谐的社会态势。NGO也要加强自身建设和管理,注意适应社会的需求以争取更多的社会资源和公众支持。

| Abstract: | One of the main points in building a socialist harmonious society lies in public service.NGO whose development is basically affected by the government,is one part in public management.Therefore,the government should provide sound policies and regulations for it,and improve the political status of the NGO man,while introducing competition mechanism among different organizations to form a competitive spirit in harmonious society.Meanwhile,the NGO should strengthen its construction and management to cater for the needs of society so as to win more social resources and public support. |
