| 摘 要： | 面对高校学报的当代出路问题 ,我们不能不审慎地探讨高校学报的当代法治处境。高校学报比一般大众期刊与当代法治文明的关系是更为密切的 ,具体表现为高校文科学报与法治文明建设的互动关系 :一方面 ,法律的调整是高校文科学报规范运作的保障 ;另一方面 ,高校文科学报是繁荣法学研究、推进法治文明建设的重要力量 ,为我国的法治文明建设作出了有目共睹的贡献。

| Abstract: | Facing the issue of the way out of the university humanities journals,it is necessary to discuss their present legal situation.They are closer to the legal spiritual civilization than the general popular magazines in the interactive relationship between them and the legal spiritual construction.On the one hand,their regular operation and the constant development need the legal leadership,normalization and safeguarding;on the other hand,they serve as an effective forum for the discussion on legal theories,which makes great contributions to the legal spiritual construction. |
