新疆文化产业应走资源型产业发展之路

发达国家的实践表明，发展文化产业是促进产业结构升级的有效途径。新疆文化资源丰富，但产业化开发程度不高，新疆文化产业的发展尚未达到与经济发展水平相适应的规模。新疆应借鉴发达国家的发展经验，积极发展文化产业，促进产业结构升级。新疆文化产业应发挥政府主导作用，走资源型文化产业的发展之路。

On Industrializing Cultural Industries in Xinjiang

The practices in developed countries have proven that the development of cultural industries is the effective path to pro- moting the upgrading of industrial structure. The cultural resources are rich in Xinjiang, but are not industrialized fully. The scale of cultural industries in Xinjiang has not reached its deserved status as against its economic development. Xinjiang should develop cul- tural industries actively by learning from the developed countries. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of develop- ing cultural industries in Xinjiang and proposes that, guided by the government, the development of Xinjiang＇s cultural industries should base on the rich resource there.
