| 摘 要： | 马克思、恩格斯在《共产党宣言》中,阐述了人的自由发展的光辉思想,并为人的自由全面发展提出了最基本的思路及其方法论原则。党的十六届三中全会提出的以人为本的科学发展观,既是对马克思、恩格斯人的自由发展观的丰富和创新,又为实现社会进步和人的全面发展提供了现实途径。

| Abstract: | Marx and Engles expatiated in the Manifesto of the Communist Party the glorious thought of laissez-aller development of human being and put forward the primary approach and methodological principle for full-scale development.The third session of the 16 th assembly of the Chinese Communist Party put forward people-centered scientific developmental view.It enriched and innovated the laissezaller development view of Marx and Engles and provided practical approach for the realizing the social advancement and development in full scale. |
