| 摘 要： | 现代图书馆馆员应具有良好的思想素质及图书馆、计算机、外语等学科的知识，具备一定的语言表达、人际沟通、创新及信息开发、建设、检索的能力。数字图书馆对馆员提出了新的要求，应从三个方面提高馆员的素质。
