| 摘 要： | 罗贯中是古代伟大的通俗文学作家,历史小说《三国演义》诞生于明代初期不是偶然的,完全符合文学自然发展演进的规律。《三国演义》成书后数十年间不见于文献记载,那是明初错误的文化政策造成的结果。罗贯中具备创作《三国演义》的时间、艺术素养和生活阅历,其著作权是不可否认的。

| Abstract: | LUO Guan-zhong is a great writer of popular literature in ancient.It's not occasional that historical novel The Romance of the Three Kingdoms had emerged in the early years of Ming period,which is totally conformed to the law of literature's naturally development and evolvement.It had not been recorded in a document for decades after The Romance of the Three Kingdoms written down,which is a result of mistaken culture policy at the beginning of Ming period.LUO Guan-zhong possesses the time,artistic accomplishment and life experience for the creative work of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms.So his copyright should not be denied. |
