| Abstract: | As market competition becomes more intensified, both the employers and employees, as the principal part of competition, are under the pressure from many sources. How can they attain to the state of " high performance, low stress", which is proposed in the western theory of "stress management"? This paper makes a pioneering study on the issue from three perspectives: origin of stress, self-relaxation from stress and techniques of supervising under pressure. |
