| 摘 要： | 危机也被看作是一种决策情势,此种情势的最大特点就是其间的每个人,尤其是危机管理的决策者都处在高度的压力状态中。因此危机决策者学会科学认识压力并正确应对压力,对于其决策能力和决策水平的正常发挥具有重要意义。通过公共危机管理中危机决策者的压力及压力源的分析,可以帮助危机决策者寻找到正确应对压力的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Crisis is seen as a decision-making situation in which everyone involved,especially the decision-makers are put under great pressure.Therefore,it is important that decision-makers know scientifically about stress and cope with it effectively to improve their decision-making ability.This paper analyses stress and stress sources on the part of decision-makers in public crisis management and attempts to find out the techniques for stress reduction and relaxation. |
