教育行动研究与大学英语教师的专业发展

摘    要:本文论证了教育行动研究与大学英语教师的专业发展之间的关系。文中对于教育行动研究的五个步骤、五种效益、五大优势展开了讨论,对于大学英语教师的知识结构进行了阐述。作者提出,教师要注重观察课堂行为,评估教学效果,采纳反思型的教师发展模式才能拥有良好的教师专业发展。

Abstract:The paper deals with the relationship between educational action research and professional development of college English teachers.It illustrates 5 steps,5 benefits and 5 advantages in action research.It also discusses the knowledge that college English teachers should possess.The authors suggest that observing,evaluating and reflective-thinking is the best way for teachers to develop themselves professionally.
