| 摘 要： | 法律援助制度的建立和实施是法律健全、社会进步和历史发展的必然要求。随着我国改革开放的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立、完善以及广大公民法律意识的不断提高,建立和完善我国的法律援助制度势在必行。在我国,法律援助作为一种新的制度,在实践运行中处于困境,需要在理论与实践中进一步探索,从而完善我国的法律援助制度。

| Abstract: | Setting up and enforcing legal aid institution will make the law complete, society advanced and history move forward. With the deep development of reform, the gradual setting up and perfecting of socialistic market economy and the improvement of civil legate consciousness, it is necessary for our legal aid to be set up and completed. In China, legal aid is in trouble for it is a new system. This essay will analyze the trouble. |
