| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类改造社会所获得的政治成果的总和,是人类政治智慧的结晶和政治发展程度的标志.它伴随着人类社会的发展而发展,它的演进有着鲜明的时代特色.由于不同的社会、历史、文化条件,东西方国家又分别创造了具有各自特色的政治文明.

| Abstract: | Political civilization is a summing up of the political achievements we have made while improving our society. It is the crystallization of human political wisdom and a symbol of the level of human political development. Along with the development of human society, the evolution of political civilization embodies striking characteristics of the times. On the base of different social, historical and cultural conditions, eastern and western countries have created different political civilizations of their own. |
