增强高校辅导员工作有效性的若干思考

高校辅导员（以下简称辅导员）是高校学生思想政治教育的引导者、学生教育管理的执行者、学生学习生活的服务者、学生心理健康的保护者、学校教学科研的承担者。因此，界定辅导员工作有效性的内涵，梳理辅导员工作现状，探索增强辅导员工作有效性的措施，对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育和高校的改革、发展、稳定具有重要意义，对大学生的健康成长具有重要作用。

The Thoughts about Improving the Working Effectiveness of University Counselors

The university counselors are regarded ,as the performer of students＇ education management, the server of students＇ learning and life, the protector of students＇ mental health, and the undertaker of the campus teaching and research. Therefore, it is of great significance and importance for improving the students＇ ideological and political education, for the reforming, developing, and stabilizing universities, and for the undergraduates＇ healthy development to define the connotation of the working effectiveness of counselors, to comb the working status of counselors, and to explore the strategy of improving the counselors＇ working effectiveness.
