社会公平问题研究述评

对社会公平本质的研究，国内学者主要从价值论、生产力与生产关系统一论、实践论、科学社会主义的角度切入，国外学者主要从个人权利和社会基本制度的视域进行。社会公平理论可以分为三类，即传统的、现代的、马克思主义的。公平和效率的关系是社会公平问题研究中的一大难题，围绕这一难题学界基本上形成了“对立说”、“统一论”和“对立统一说”。当前，我国学者应该加强对社会公平在构建社会主义和谐社会中重大作用的研究。

Review of the Study of Social Justice

Scholars home and abroad expound the nature of social justice from different angles: Chinese scholars connect it with theories of values,the unity of productive forces and production relations,practice and scientific socialism,while scholars abroad carry out their study by exploring its connection with individual rights and basic social systems.Social justice has been classified into three types as the traditional,the modern and the Marxist.How to define the relations between social justice and its efficiency is always a hard task for the learned circles.As there are various theories of social justice at present,namely Theory of Opposites,Theory of Unity and Theory of Unity of Opposites,scholars in China must make a thorough study of the role of social justice in the construction of harmonious socialist society.
