全球化视野中的儒家思想与中国现代性改造

社会经济的发展、民族复兴意识的增强、信仰的失落和儒家思想对中国伦理的深刻影响,引发了当今中国的尊孔读经潮和所谓的"儒学复兴"潮。探讨儒家思想与中国社会现代性改造的关系变得尤为迫切和重要。学界对儒家思想的现代价值评说迥然殊异,很大程度上是因为着眼点落在了儒家思想的不同组成部分上。以农本经济为基础的儒家政治伦理,在经济层面上不利于现代市场经济的建设;在政治层面上,不利于现代民主制度的建立;在思想文化层面,其思维方式对科学文化的发展有阻碍作用。但儒家思想中所包含的以"仁"为核心的人道博爱精神、重视个人修养的道德观念和好学精神,具有普适价值,可以实现其现代转化。研究儒家思想,应当具备世界眼光、全球视野。
