| 摘 要： | 1840年以来,中国的绝大部分区域,通过开放港口及沿边商埠,不同程度地卷入了世界经济体系.港口-腹地对中国近代交通和贸易体系、城市格局、经济区域以及现代化的区域差异等方面产生了重要影响.这些影响包括指向贸易港口已成为近代交通和商业发展的主要特点;由于沿海沿江一些港口城市的发展速度超过其他城市,在不少区域实际已成为经济中心,从而发展为与政治中心城市二元并立的状况;20世纪前期形成的港口-腹地的格局至今仍在大体维持着;按照经济地理学的原理和近代的启示,当前的港口-腹地格局实际已预示着新的经济区的即将形成;远离东部港口城市和指向港口城市的交通道路是中西部落后于东部沿海的重要原因.

| Abstract: | The content, methods, angles of view and progress for the ports and their hinterland in modern China researched by the author and his colleague and graduate students was summarized in the paper. Moreover, it analysis the impact of trade Ports and their hinterland on modern transportation and trade system, cities structure, economic areas, and the area difference of modernization in China. It points the trade Ports and their hinterland is a key to understand the space process of China's modernization. |
