| 摘 要： | 在网络政治时代,网络舆情已成为地方政府公信力缺失的巨大挑战,也能为消除地方公信力危机提供契机和支持,进而提高地方政府治理能力,促进和谐社会的建设。针对网络舆情背景下地方政府守旧行政思维、政府信息公开不足和不及时、政府回应性不足和腐败不断滋生造成的地方政府公信力下降问题,提出需要转变行政思维和理念,规范信息公开制度,进行及时行政问责,建设责任政府,正确对待网络监督,完善监督体系,使网络舆情能为提高地方政府公信力服务。
