| Abstract: | The grand development of the west provides a rare opportunity for the East, the Central as well as the West of China. The Eastern provinces should combine its structural up-grading and industrial transfer with the development of the Western areas to constitute a mutually rewarding circulation. The central areas should exploit its geographical and resource advantages to obtain benefits from both the East and the West. The Western areas should renew its way of thinking, grasp this opportunity and expedite the development. |
