摘    要:用透射电镜观察了紫彩血蛤(Nuttallia olivacea)的肾脏和围心腔腺的超微结构.在肾脏中观察到4种细胞:具液泡的立方形细胞、具液泡的长柱形细胞、吞噬细胞和肌细胞.在围心腔腺中观察到3种细胞:柱状上皮细胞、实质细胞和吞噬细胞.肾脏中除了肌细胞外的3种细胞及围心腔腺中除了柱状上皮外的2种细胞内均有色素颗粒,它们能将色素颗粒转化降解.

Abstract:The ultrastructure of the kidney and pericardial gland of the clam Nuttallia olivacea was observed with transmission electron microscopy.There are 4 kinds of cells in the kidney:cuboidal cell,long columnar cell,phagocyte and myocyte.The cuboidal cell has a big vacuole about 2/3 of cell in size.The long columnar cell has a vacuole about 1/2-2/3 of cell in size.The phagocyte has many lysosomes and often has many pigment granules;the shape and size of the pigment granules are different.The myocyte has many myofibrillae and mitochondria.There are 3 kinds of cells in the pericardial gland:columnar epithelial cell,substantive cell of pericardial gland and phagocyte.The columnar epithelial cell has a lot of microvilli,secretory granules and lysosomes.Substantive cell of pericardial gland is irregular in shape and has many lysosomes like body and multivesicular body.The phagocyte has many pigment granules and microfilament.Three kinds of cells in the kidney except the myocyte and two kinds of cells in the pericardial gland except the columnar epithelial cell have pigment granules and can decompose them.
