摘    要:加入WTO将有助于改善我国农产品出口环境,有利于农业结构的调整和优化,有利于引进资金和技术,加快农业现代化建设,有利于农村剩余劳动力转移。加入WTO对我省农业发展也是一种挑战,如对主要农产品生产不利,对农民收入和现有粮食流通体制可能造成影响等。安徽农业发展应采取积极的对策,抓紧进行农业结构调整,推进农业产业化经营,组建农业高科技创新中心,建立高效与持续农业示范区,坚持走现代集约持续农业之路,加快发展出口农业,促进农业增长方式的转变。

Abstract:The access to WTO will benefit the export environment of agricultural pr oducts,the adjustment of agricultu ral struc-ture,the introduction of new funds a nd technology,the modernization of domestic agriculture and the transference of rural surplus labor force.On the o ther hand,it will be a challenge to th e agricultural development of Anhui Province,disadvantageous to the pr oduction of staple crops and as a resu lt affecting the farmers' income and the grain circulation system.Some countermeasures must be taken immediate ly:1)the adjustment of the agricultural structure;2)the improvement of the industrializ ed management of agriculture;3)the establishment of a high -tech agricultural development center;4)the setting up of a demonstration dis trict of highly profitable and susta inable agri-culture;5)the speed -up of the modification of agricultural increase modes;6)the development of a modern intensi-fied and sustainable agriculture.
